The Dutch diplomatic posts in China offer researchers a unique opportunity to do a research assignment in China for a short period. The posts are looking for a researcher with expertise in sustainable chemistry. Focus themes include circular plastics, biobased chemistry or CCUS.
The researcher will work in the context of the NWO Embassy Science Fellow (ESF) scheme. ESF is an opportunity for the researcher to gain experience in the diplomatic world and to deploy expertise for Dutch foreign policy. In addition, it offers a personal and professional experience to live abroad temporarily and to create or further develop an international scientific and social network.
The deadline for submitting a proposal is May 14, 2024. The Embassy Science Fellows will start in autumn 2024.
