Investing in employee development helps companies keep knowledge and skills up to date. But what funding is available to support this? On Tuesday, 10 November 2026, SOL is hosting a free webinar on the opportunities offered by ESF+ and SLIM training subsidies.
Well-trained employees are essential to the chemical industry. Training helps them adapt to changes in their work and supports their long-term employability. Training subsidies enable employers to make their training budgets go further.
During this webinar, SOL will explain how ESF+ and SLIM training subsidies can support training costs in 2026 and training plans for 2027. The half-hour session will cover:
- Which subsidies are available for training and guidance
- Which courses and costs are eligible
- How companies can access these schemes and incorporate them into their training budgets.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions. The webinar is relevant to employers, HR professionals and those responsible for training in the chemical industry. Training providers and partners who wish to inform companies about training subsidies are also welcome.
