The changing geopolitical landscape and the growing need for European strategic autonomy call for new innovations, strong value chains, and close collaboration between government, knowledge institutions, and industry. To address these challenges, ChemistryNL, the Dutch Ministry of Climate Policy and Green Growth, and the Ministry of Defence have joined forces to launch a unique innovation call focused on advanced materials for defence applications.
On 8 July, a matchmaking event will be organized around this call. During the event, participants will gain insight into the new funding opportunity, the innovation challenges within the defence sector, and the ways in which their organization can contribute to solutions with both civilian and military applications.
