On 14 December, a hybrid information and meet up session ‘Integrated biorefineries of the future’ will take place at The São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). uring this session the scope of a new partnership between NWO and FAPESP, which is still in development, will be shared. Also, further information about the rules of the programme will be given.
NWO and FAPESP are developing a partnership within the Dutch Knowledge and Innovation Covenant (KIC) programme. The preparation is in its early stages, but the aim is to bring together research and industry partners working on this field from both the Netherlands and the Brazilian province of São Paulo. The programme aims to fund R&D projects on the efficient and sustainable use of bio-feedstock to enable a raw materials transition in the chemical sector and to close the carbon-loop for a truly circular economy.
Interested parties are encouraged to come together on 14th of December 2023 at FAPESP (or via online hybrid call) during the Dutch Innovation Mission to Brazil. This information and meet up session will take place between 13:00 pm and 16:00 pm NL time zone as a hybrid event (with online casting) followed by a physical networking/meet up brunch at FAPESP for the mission’s attendees.
