Expo 2025 will be held in Osaka, Japan from April 13 to October 13. Because this is an excellent place to enter into long-term international business relationships, the Netherlands is participating in the expo with a pavilion. Participation focuses mainly on Dutch people in the fields of energy, climate, horticulture, food, healthcare and culture.
On March 13, RVO will organize a preparatory meeting in which (potential) participants will receive the latest information about the Dutch pavilion. The session will be opened by Reinette Klever, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Aid. Hiroshi Minami, Ambassador of Japan, gives a speech about cooperation between the Netherlands and Japan.
The economic and cultural themes that are central to Dutch programming are also discussed and participants will receive a virtual tour of the Dutch pavilion. The day ends with a networking reception.
