The consortium will work on making the Dutch energy and chemical sector future-proof by using ammonia as an energy carrier and by enabling sustainable synthesis of nitrogen-containing molecules.<\/p>\n<p>Nitrogen-containing chemicals are essential in, among other things, medicines, polymers and fertilizers. Ammonia is often used as a raw material, made from gray hydrogen.
