2022 was the third year of implementation of the ChemistryNL Human Capital Agenda 2020-2023 “Working together on societal challenges”. The main themes in our HCA are: staffing of the chemical sectors (SBI codes 19-22) and skills & behavioral competences of the employee/chemist of the future. Allied to these main themes, five work areas have been identified with a total of 18 lines of action.
