2 and 4 March 2021: Inspirational session (3) to look for the employee of the future

The (petro) chemical industry is facing major challenges. The digital revolution and the climate transition require radical innovations in technologies and processes. The success of the transitions stands or falls with well-trained people who are able to implement the latest technologies in the workplace. Every company needs its own human capital agenda for 2030.

As a kick-off for a new action programme in the (petro) chemical industry, “Working together professionally before 2030”, ChemistryNL, AWVN and OVP, organize four inspiration sessions for (petro) chemical companies about the employee of the future. We cordially invite you to this!

2 and 4 March 2021:
Session 3: Tasks of the future: the job analysis tool
Luc Dorenbosch (Baaningenieurs) and Margreet Xavier (AWVN) show how you can gain insight into the demand for future tasks and skills in your organization. By comparing this demand with the current range of tasks and skills available, you gain insight into the development task for your organization. With this insight, you can create a strategic workforce planning for the motivated and skilled employees of the future.

9 and 11 March 2021:
Session 4: Self-management in development and career
Menno Vos (Windesheim University of Applied Sciences) and Hans Sliepenbeek (OVP) give tips on how to stimulate self-management among your employees. Benefit from the most current insights from Windesheim University of Applied Sciences and Arnhem-Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences.

More information about the sessions and registration can be found on the website of OVP.
