11 October 2022: Year event Green Chemistry – New Economy

Would you like to know more about the new support programme for entrepreneurs who accelerate the sustainability of manufacturing chemistry? And would you like to have an in-depth discussion about the successes and challenges of scaling up? Then be there on October 11!

The manufacturing chemistry faces major challenges to accelerate sustainability and greening. After the progress update by Arnold Stokking, we will give the floor to successful game changers and to stakeholders responsible for improving the entrepreneurial and innovation climate. You can then discuss it yourself in two of the four planned breakout sessions with the game changers and representatives of the chemical clusters, the ROMs, financiers and governments.

Practical information:

  • Venue: De Kas in Woerden
  • The programme will take place on 11 October from 14.00 – 17.00 CEST, followed by a networking drink.
  • The detailed programme will be published at the beginning of September.

Organizer: Platform Green Chemistry, New Economy
The Platform Green Chemistry, New Economy stands for a green chemistry, in which innovative technologies and business models are given the opportunity to realize a new economy based on non-fossil raw materials by strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurial climate. We work programmatically from three interdependent angles: chain formation – financing – policy, to enable accelerated scaling up. The basis is a close collaboration between the (chemical) cluster organizations in the provinces of North Brabant, Zeeland, Limburg, South Holland and Groningen/Drenthe, the ROMs from these areas, involved companies and start-ups, InvestNL and knowledge institutions including TNO.
